Drew Denton
CEO/President
Drew Denton is a member of the Mohawk First Nation community in Kanesatake and a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in complex manufacturing and operations environments. He has managed organizations with budgets exceeding $20M and teams of more than 400 employees, successfully scaling operations to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. Drew has led initiatives that generated millions in revenue while strengthening organizational performance and employee engagement. In addition to his industry leadership, he has taught college-level courses in Electrical, Project Management, Operations Management, and Maintenance Management, bringing both technical expertise and strategic leadership to EME.
Rob Kamranpoor
Chief Operating Officer/COO
Rob Kamranpoor brings over 20 years of experience across utilities, consulting, and infrastructure development, with deep expertise in operations, engineering, and asset management. He has led large technical teams responsible for maintaining critical transmission infrastructure across the Greater Toronto Area and has overseen major capital programs including Hydro One’s $150M Distribution Station Refurbishment Program. Rob has also managed large-scale transmission and distribution projects, integrated extensive GIS infrastructure datasets, and developed supply chain strategies securing more than $30M annually. His leadership has driven substantial operational improvements and business growth across complex engineering organizations.
Chris Langford
Founding Partner
Chris Langford founded EME Engineering in 2014 to deliver integrated engineering, energy, and project management solutions across residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. An experienced electrical and mechanical engineering professional, Chris specializes in renewable energy systems, solar PV and energy storage design, geothermal solutions, PassiveHaus buildings, and net-zero carbon infrastructure. Under his leadership, EME has delivered multi-million-dollar engineering projects across Ontario while expanding services to include energy systems design, HVAC and mechanical engineering, and advanced building performance solutions. Chris focuses on developing innovative, sustainable engineering strategies that support clients’ long-term energy and infrastructure goals.
