 Led portfolios including overhead, underground and metering standards, compliance with the province-wide Electricity Act of 1998 (ESA), test instrument and standard steering committees and operational innovation.

➡️ Monitored in-field operations and activities to ensure that local and national safety codes, requirements and standards were implemented. Performed regular site inspections, safety audits, and promoted continuous improvement.

➡️ Developed project execution plans, project proposals and regulatory applications. Performed time and cost management, including budgets and schedules. Managed project cost change control and variance reporting of cost, scope and schedule.

 Lead 3 field teams consisting of 2 P&C teams and 1 Electrical Maintenance team who looked after the maintenance of 26 transmission stations in the Greater Toronto Area. Maintained working relationship with Toronto Hydro, supporting Asset and Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Planning and Customer Service. Warranted regulations compliance and maintained an impeccable safety record.

 Managed Hydro One’s Distribution Station’s Refurbishment Program worth $150M.

 Oversaw the integration of two Local Distribution Companies (LDCs) – extracted and transformed/appended GIS data & QA/QC appended data to ensure it met Hydro One standard, with total of 60,000 assets, 550 km of overhead and 270 km underground circuits.

 Provided executive vision and strategic leadership, resulting in remarkable business growth of approximately 1100% in revenue and 1200% in GP at a private organization.

 Devised a Supply Chain strategy securing a $30M program per year, which led to substantial productivity savings and risk mitigation.

 Lead and managed the largest project in the portfolio, valued at over $125M, involving two transmission stations and 9km of transmission lines (230kV) work.
